26. Account and License Suspension
AIOTA may suspend or terminate an account, license, API credential, or service where reasonably necessary because of:material violation of these Terms;fraudulent activity;unauthorized redistribution;license circumvention;security threats;unlawful use;abusive use of infrastructure;non-payment;chargeback following valid delivery where permitted by law.Termination does not transfer ownership rights to the user.
27. Availability
We seek to maintain reliable products and infrastructure but do not guarantee:uninterrupted service;error-free operation;permanent availability;continuous compatibility;continuous availability of third-party services;zero downtime.Temporary maintenance, technical problems, security incidents, hosting problems, network failures, or third-party outages may affect service availability.

AIOTA does not guarantee:profit;financial performance;trading results;business results;uninterrupted operation;permanent compatibility;accuracy of all third-party data;that every software defect can be eliminated;that a product will satisfy every individual expectation.Mandatory consumer guarantees that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
29. Limitation of Liability
