1. General Policy
AIOTA.dev primarily sells digital products, including downloadable software, WordPress plugins, licenses, subscriptions, APIs, analytical tools, financial-analysis tools, data-processing tools, and other electronically delivered products.

Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded, activated, copied, or used immediately after purchase, our general policy is:All completed sales are final and non-refundable once digital delivery or performance has begun, except where a refund or other remedy is required by mandatory applicable law.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge this Refund Policy.

2. Immediate Digital Delivery
Most AIOTA products are made available immediately or shortly after successful payment.Delivery may occur through:a download link;user-account access;software activation;license-key issuance;API access;subscription activation;cloud-service access;email delivery;another digital delivery mechanism described on the relevant product page.Once any applicable digital delivery process has begun, the product is treated as delivered to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Express Request for Immediate Performance
By purchasing a digital product for immediate access, you expressly request that AIOTA begin delivery or performance without waiting for the expiration of any otherwise applicable withdrawal period.

Where permitted by applicable law, you also acknowledge that once delivery or performance of eligible digital content begins following your express request and acknowledgment, you may lose the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase.Nothing in this Policy eliminates any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

4. Non-Refundable Situations
Subject to mandatory applicable law, refunds are not provided because of:change of mind;accidental purchase;failure to use the product;limited use of the product;purchase of the wrong product;purchase of the wrong license;failure to review the product description;failure to review system requirements;lack of technical knowledge;incompatibility that was clearly disclosed before purchase;incompatibility caused by an unsupported environment;incompatibility caused by another plugin or third-party product;changes made by WordPress or another third-party platform after purchase;third-party API changes or outages;dissatisfaction with subjective expectations not included in the product description;inability to achieve a desired business outcome;inability to achieve a desired financial outcome;investment or trading losses;market movements;results of financial analysis;disagreement with analytical output;failure to follow documentation;modifications made by the customer or a third party;hosting or server problems outside AIOTA's control;suspension resulting from a material violation of licensing terms.

5. Financial Products and ResultsProducts involving financial markets, market data, calculations, indicators, analytics, quantitative methods, statistics, or other financial information are analytical tools only.No refund is provided merely because:a market moved differently than expected;an investment or trade resulted in loss;an analytical result was not profitable;a calculated probability did not occur;a user disagreed with a model or analytical output;a user expected a particular financial result.AIOTA does not sell guaranteed financial results.AIOTA does not provide investment guarantees.AIOTA does not manage customer capital.

6. Software Bugs and Technical Issues
The existence of a technical issue does not automatically create eligibility for a refund.Where a supported product does not function according to its documented specifications, customers should contact support.Depending on the circumstances, AIOTA may:provide installation assistance;investigate the issue;provide troubleshooting instructions;issue a software correction;provide an update;suggest a supported configuration;provide another legally appropriate remedy.

Customers are expected to provide reasonable information necessary to reproduce and investigate a technical problem.Nothing in this section limits mandatory remedies available under applicable consumer law.

7. Compatibility
Before purchasing software, users must review applicable compatibility information. This may include:WordPress version;PHP version;operating system;supported browsers;hosting requirements;third-party requirements;API requirements;supported financial platforms.A product is not considered defective merely because it does not operate in an environment that was not listed as supported.

8. Third-Party Changes
AIOTA products may depend on third-party services.Examples include:WordPress;third-party plugins;operating systems;hosting platforms;APIs;data providers;financial platforms;cloud providers.AIOTA cannot guarantee that third parties will not modify or discontinue their systems.Changes or failures originating from an independent third party do not automatically create refund eligibility.

9. Support Instead of Refund
Where appropriate, technical problems should first be addressed through the support process applicable to the product.Support may attempt to resolve eligible product-related problems according to the support conditions included with the purchase.Availability of support does not convert the purchase into a refundable trial.

10. Subscriptions
Where a product uses recurring billing, cancellation prevents future renewals according to the applicable subscription terms.Unless mandatory law provides otherwise:cancellation does not retroactively refund an already completed billing period;unused time in a billing period is not automatically refundable;failure to use the service does not create a refund right. The customer is responsible for cancelling before the next renewal date where automatic renewal applies.

11. Duplicate Payments
If the same order is accidentally charged more than once because of a verified payment-processing error, contact us promptly. After verification, an unintended duplicate charge may be reversed or refunded as appropriate.Correction of a genuine duplicate charge is not considered a discretionary product refund.

12. Failed Delivery
If payment has been successfully completed but AIOTA fails to provide the purchased digital product because of an issue entirely attributable to AIOTA, the customer should contact support. We will first attempt to provide the purchased product or restore access. If delivery cannot legally or technically be completed, any mandatory remedy will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

13. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe your payment method was used without authorization, contact your financial institution and AIOTA promptly. We may request information reasonably necessary to investigate the transaction and may cooperate with the payment provider or financial institution.

14. Chargebacks
A payment dispute or chargeback must not be used as a substitute for obtaining a refund that is excluded by this Policy where a valid product was knowingly purchased and delivered.Where a chargeback is initiated, AIOTA may provide the payment provider with relevant evidence including:order information;payment records;account records;download records;license activation records;access logs;correspondence;acceptance of checkout terms.Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in suspension of associated accounts or licenses.Nothing in this section restricts a customer's legitimate rights under mandatory law or applicable payment-network rules.

15. Product Demonstrations and Information
Where demos, documentation, screenshots, videos, feature descriptions, compatibility requirements, or free versions are available, customers are encouraged to review them carefully before purchasing. The customer is responsible for determining whether a product's advertised functionality meets their needs.

16. Statutory Rights
This Refund Policy is intended to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts, or waives rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or waived.Where mandatory consumer legislation requires a refund, replacement, correction, termination right, or other remedy, the applicable mandatory law will prevail over the conflicting portion of this Policy.
